I'm just an average guy that has lived a fitness lifestyle my entire adult life. I've competed in a variety of sports and athletic endeavors over the years and have made nearly all of my lifelong friends through those activities.
I have several goals I will be chasing over the next few years. The most ambitious of them is to break into the top 25 World Senior rankings in the 100, 200, and 400 meter dashes. I have not competed on the track in over 25 years so it's going to be an interesting ride.
I'm currently building my athletic brand through my YouTube channel. My mission is to inspire people beyond their athletic prime due to age or life changing events to get moving, set goals, and train hard to achieve them. I hope to create a movement of Autumn Athletes pushing the envelope to live their best fitness lifestyles.
It's pretty simple. Ask yourself the following questions before starting something health and fitness related. Is it safe, is it sustainable, does it improve how I feel, does it improve my performance, and finally will it help me look the way I want? If you answered no to any of these questions you should reevaluate.
